Why Bavardio

What working here is like.

Leadership within reach

You will work directly with the leadership team. Decisions take hours and nobody convenes a committee. What you build can be in production the same week.

Customer access

You will meet the operators using Bavardio at conferences, on-site visits, and weekly product calls. They will tell you plainly what works and what does not.

Remote, with a few trips a year

Work from wherever you work best. A few times a year we get together for in-person sprints and customer visits.

Health and time off

Medical, dental, and vision. Flexible PTO, and the cultural expectation that you actually take it.

Who we are

Built in Silicon Valley, for operators everywhere.

Bavardio is the AI operating system for service providers, built in Silicon Valley. Internet service providers, co-operatives and service businesses run their day on it: the calls their customers make, the networks their engineers watch, the crews they send out, and the invoices that follow. We ship to production continuously and work directly with the operators who use it.

How to apply

Tell us what you have built.

Skip the cover letter. Tell us the substance: the most painful version of this problem you have personally shipped, and what you learned from it. We read every application and respond within five business days. If your background does not match every bullet above, apply anyway. We hire on the strength of what you have built.

Bavardio is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on the strength of your work and the way you think. Background, identity, and where you live do not factor in.

Not one of these roles?

If you think you should be working on this, tell us what you would build and why.
